Network Setup and Maintenance Service Request Form

Database Design and Maintenance Service Request Form
Customized Data Bases: Home/Personal Property Inventory Business Billing Financial and Status Reports, etc. All database designs will be done on a contract basis. Computer Programming Service Request Form

Programs in the following languages are available: Visual Basic C++ Java Java Script(for web pages) All programming will be done on a contract basis. Changes to non-proprietary programs will be done using our hourly fee schedule. Installation will be billed at an hourly rate, if done on site. Desktop Publishing Service Request Form

Items available through desktop publishing: Business Cards Flyers Bulletins Invitations Birth Announcements Other items (ask for availability) Business cards are published on plain card stock (colors available). Design charge is $25.00/minimum per hour for the initial design. Cards will be produced at the rate of $5.00 per hundred ordered (plain print only raised lettering will be done on a contract basis). Shipping charge of $1.50 for each 100 cards ordered will be charged for the shipping of the order to any customer outside of Aiken County, SC. No redesign charges will be assessed for small changes to the card. Major redesign(major component changes) will be billed as above for the initial design. All other desktop publishing will be done on a contract basis based on the specifications of the client. No job is too small or big. Additional charges may apply. General Pricing Schedule Service Request Form

Customers are billed our hourly rate plus any parts used. Minimum of 1 hour will be billed on all work. Travel time will be charged for travel outside of Aiken County, SC. Hourly rate of $35.00 will apply on all hourly charges. Work done at an outside vendor will be charged at cost plus 5% for service and handling fee. All estimates are free of charge.
